Refund Procedures

935 Motorsports has a 30 day refund policy for all unopened items. You may return the item for a full refund, less shipping, no questions asked. If your item has been opened, you will incur a 20% restocking fee for all items.

After 30 days, items will be accepted for store credit only.

Shipping Procedures

935 Motorsports primarily uses FEDEX Ground service.  All orders are insured to the full amount.  Every order has a tracking number issued to you automatically via email when the item is sent.  In the event an item is lost or damaged, a replacement item will be sent and we will work out the claim process on our end.  If the item is delivered, 935 Motorsports is not responsible for items that are stolen from your property.  You may request a signature requirement for delivery at no charge.  Otherwise drop-off delivery is at the discretion of your FEDEX driver.

Items that are 2 lbs or less are generally mailed via USPS.  Insurance is optional for these items.  If you decline insurance, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.  Most shipping quotes include insurance for your safety.  Our shipping quotes will be higher than the actual postage rate, due to handling fees.

Orders that are delayed may be changed from UPS Ground to USPS Priority Mail if you are on the east coast. This speeds up the shipping time and gives an extra day of delivery (Saturday) to get you the item you need. If you have a specific request to not use USPS, please let us know.

International Orders

Orders to Canada primarily go through USPS. In some cases UPS is a better option and you should specify which carrier you prefer. All other international orders are done through USPS. For most single item orders these are the 2 payment options:

$40 flat fee - This will include express 3-5 day shipping for light items or parcel post 10 day shipping for heavier items.

$15 per item fee - This is for multiple item orders. You will be charged at $15 per item ordered

The value of the package can be lowered at your request, to avoid duty fees. All lowered value items are not insured against damage, so be aware of the risk that you take.
